My personal motto in life is "one person can make a difference." I believe this is true in a professional setting as each individual is striving for the same ultimate goal, but each person has a specific responsibility that can make a difference in the end result. The hard work put in by a certain individual can influence people around them to take the same initiative and produce a better final product.
